/ How We Work

Diagnosis before a single tactic is recommended.

We map how families and learners actually make decisions before we touch your messaging. The bottleneck is almost always inside your data, not your creative.

— Three structured phases

A 3-week audit with a written findings report.

01 — Decision Journey Mapping

We interview prospective families and review your existing data to trace the actual decision path—where confidence builds, where it breaks, and what question goes unanswered at each stage.

02 — Bottleneck Identification

We identify the one or two points where your enrollment funnel loses qualified prospects. Most audits surface a positioning gap, a clarity failure, or a channel mismatch—rarely a budget problem.

03 — Written Findings Report

You receive a structured written report—not a slide deck, not a proposal. It names the bottleneck, shows the evidence, and lays out a prioritized set of actions specific to your institution.

+ What you receive

A report you can act on, not archive.

The findings report is the deliverable. It shows the journey map, names the specific drop-off point, and assigns a sequenced action set. Clients know exactly where they stand and what comes next.

No ambiguity, no open-ended retainer proposal. You leave week three with a document your team can read without us in the room.

Common questions

Before you book a first call.

Is this a retainer or a project?

The bottleneck audit is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee project. Ongoing strategy engagements are scoped separately after the report—never assumed in advance.

What do you need from us upfront?

Access to your enrollment data, one or two staff contacts for interviews, and a sample of your current admissions materials. We do the analysis; you do not write a brief.

Can we skip the audit and go straight to strategy?

No. Prescription without diagnosis is how institutions end up with expensive campaigns that move the wrong metric. The audit is the starting point; there is no shortcut to it.
